30-Day Replacement Warranty:
Our main goal is to maintain our customers satisfied. We stand behind our workmanship and we warrant that all our products will be free of faulty workmanship or structural defects.

If you decide that the any of our product is not the pillow for you, you may return it to us within 30 days of the date of receipt of this product to receive a partial refund on this product.
Due to the intimate nature of our products, a 75% refund less shipping and handling. When shipping your return to us, pleas provide your name, address, phone number, item number and description, reason for return, and a copy of the purchase receipt.

All warranties contained herein shall not apply if the product has been physically damaged, burned, cut, torn, or is abnormally soiled or unsanitary. This warranty is valid only to the original purchaser of the product. All transportation costs are the responsibility of the purchaser and are additional to any prorated charges. You must provide proof of purchase for any warranty claim. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state. We do not accept returns of any pillow covers due to hygiene reasons.

Money Back Guarantee

Because of their intimate and personal nature, our bedding products are not returnable, for obvious health and hygiene reasons, once they have been used. We do not offer refunds on any pillow cover.
If you have not used the pillow, you may return it to us for a refund less a 25% restocking fee.

All returned merchandise must come back in "brand new" condition (except warranty claims). Pillows that are returned to us with unsanitary conditions such as hairs, dirt, odors, or stains will not be accepted. Pillows must be returned in their original undamaged packaging. We reserve the right to reject any return we feel fails to meet these conditions in any way. We will be happy to return the used pillows back to you, at your request and expense.
